The Strength for Life Program is a sustainable, 3-day-per-week training system designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency without burnout. It combines structured upper, lower, and full-body workouts with habit tracking to support movement, recovery, and mental wellbeing. The focus is on long-term results that fit into real life, helping you build strength and healthy habits that last.

The Process

Initial Consultation
We start with a consultation to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations.
PT Session & Movement Screening
You’ll complete a PT session to demo key exercises, assess movement, and screen for injuries so everything is safe and effective.
Custom Program & Habits
Your training program is built around you, including workouts, habit tracking, and basic nutrition guidance to support your goals.
Weekly Check-Ins & Ongoing Support
Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, with the option to add in extra PT sessions for hands-on coaching and support
